Meet The Chef

Born and raised in Massachusetts, I'm now living in Charleston SC and bringing together the shores of the north and the comfort of the south into the food I cook. After spending years learning from chefs and cooks in the industry, I began to experiment with my own ideas and creativity with food. Travel and dining around the nation/world has inspired my cuisine so that every dinner guest has their own unique culinary experience. My goal is to not only create a culinary experience for my guests but also to entertain/interact and create an unforgettable social experience as well. In addition to travels,  my career as a fitness instructor has prepared me to adapt to those with special requests with regards to allergens, diet restrictions, preferences etc. I am more than happy to accommodate these changes to any menu.
